NOTE TO THE NEOLOGIST
The neological character of a lexical unit is always ephemeral and relative. Thus, analogously, the opinion of ICNEO represents a leading edge consensus of the Counselors, at any given time. Every term, even if consolidated through use, can be revised going forward and an opinion given in favor of another more accurate term.
